ProductFlow AI is an AI-powered life solutions platform providing free diagnostic tools, digital solution products, AI coaching, educational articles, a knowledge library, and membership plans. The Platform is designed to help users improve their quality of life across sleep, finances, productivity, stress management, and health and wellness.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Digital Products and Purchases

All products sold on ProductFlow AI are digital downloads. By purchasing a product, you agree to the following:

• Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment via a download link.
• You may use purchased products for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Redistribution, resale, sharing, or sublicensing of purchased products is strictly prohibited.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. ProductFlow AI does not store your payment card information.
• All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

5. Subscriptions and Memberships

ProductFlow AI offers subscription-based membership plans that provide access to premium features, content, and benefits. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.

6. AI Features and Limitations

ProductFlow AI includes AI-powered features including the Solution Finder Quiz, AI Coach, and content generation tools. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated recommendations, content, and advice are for informational and educational purposes only.
• AI responses are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, psychological, legal, or other licensed professional advice.
• Always consult a qualified professional for serious health, financial, mental health, or legal concerns.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
• You use AI features at your own risk and discretion.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ProductFlow AI — including text, tools, guides, templates, AI-generated outputs, images, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of ProductFlow AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and purchased products for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Any content you submit to the Platform (testimonials, reviews, requests) grants ProductFlow AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

9. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

The information, tools, and products provided on ProductFlow AI are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRODUCTFLOW AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProductFlow AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice such as an email notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
